Condos & Town Homes

There are quite a few condos and town homes in the South Bay area. These are nice for a bunch of reasons. First of all, Condos and Town Homes are great vacation homes, as well as weekend get-a-ways. They’re usually around $500,000 and they come in all sorts of sizes and prices.

Another great use of a condo or town home, is just for living in. If you’re single, married or have a small family, condos are a great buy. They’re cheaper than a home, and can give you similar lifestyle.

Condos and town homes are different, the only differences seen really is the fact that when you have a condo, you own the space between four walls. Meaning, there can be people above, next door and all around you, but you own the property in the walls. A town home, is similar being that you have people to the right and left of you (usually) but that you don’t have any one above or below you.

The nice thing about condos and town homes is that if you don’t like doing yard work, then these are perfect for you! Because, a lot of the time when you buy a town home or condo the owner of the building provides maintenance of the yard. Although, you usually have to fix the inside problems, the outside is maintained by the owner.
