In the western part of Los Angeles County, the City of Culver City is great for business, living and recreation.

In the 2010 census, the city had a population of 38,883. The city of Los Angeles borders most of the city of Culver.

Culver City has been a significant city of the motion picture and television production because it is the home for MGM Studios. Other large headquarters that reside in the city are Public Radio West and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
